Shipping policy

 

Kathryn will try and get your order to you as soon as possible and you will always receive an email from her to say it’s leaving the studio. (You may like to add her email address kathrynaliceart@hotmail.com to your addresses otherwise you might find her emails going to your SPAM box!)

 For most print orders dispatch is usually within one day (as no one likes waiting for stuff!!!) however this may be longer if new pieces are released as we have to wait for the printers to print them.

If you are outside the UK mainland, please contact kathryn for the delivery price before placing your order.

You are more than welcome to collect from Kathryn address in St Annes on Sea free of charge please contact Kathryn to organise a day and time to suite.

If you order multiples from of a single product these items can be packaged and sent together.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail or other courier services who deliver Monday to Friday during office hours. This is to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

If you are not normally at home during these times, please provide an alternative address in the ‘delivery address’ box. You will need to ‘sign for’ your package.

Please make sure you provide a mobile phone number as all deliveries are tracked and you will receive updates via text message or email.

Packing

All artwork is packed using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes (recycled where possible). Festival Prints and all other Prints are rolled in paper in a sturdy 4mm cardboard tube.
